This includes 2 nights lodging, 5 meals, all worship sessions, Bible studies, camp t-shirt, and camp activities.
When are deposits due?
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Deposits are due by January 9th, 2026.
JANUARY 9th— A $100 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is due on or before January 9th, 2026 for each spot reserved. Any spots reserved after January 9th, 2026 will require an immediate non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $100.
When there is a cancellation, deposits cannot be applied toward the remaining balance due.
April 1st–The cost per camper on or after April 1st, 2026 is $265 per participant, child or adult. This price goes up to $269 per participant if added on or after June 1st, 2026.
April 20th–Cancellation Deadline: Any cancellations made after April 20th, 2026 will be charged an additional $50 for each spot that is dropped. When there is a cancellation, deposits cannot be applied toward the remaining balance due.
June 1st—All remaining balances for camp are due on or before June 1, 2026.
FINAL BALANCE IS DUE ON OR BEFORE JUNE 1st, 2026.
All balances must be paid in full before camp arrival. If there is a balance, a check must be brought to camp.
All FINAL BALANCE money is non-refundable and non-transferable after June 1st, 2025. We regret that we cannot refund or transfer your payment after this time.
If the final balance is not received on or before June 1st, 2026, a late fee of $75 per week will be assessed.
Disaster Cancellation–Please Read!!
M4 Camps is committed to carrying through with all planned events. In the event of a catastrophic event such as, but not limited to a hurricane, act of terror, pandemic, etc., there are times when events cannot be carried out. We will be unable to return your deposits. We hire our M4 Staff, rent equipment, purchase items, and have deposits ourselves on facilities based on reservations. This is only under extreme circumstances, and will not affect the majority of our events.
2026 M4 Camps Registration Info & Policy
In 2026, 8 different camps are available for churches to register. Below are the dates:

- July 10-12 (Fri-Sun)
Registration for our 2026 Camps will open at 6 A.M. on Tuesday, August 12th, 2025 for RETURNING CHURCHES. Registration for churches that did not attend in 2025 will open on Thursday, August 14th, 2025 if any space is remaining.
Camps fill up VERY fast.
ALL registrations will be done ONLINE via the www.m4camps.com website.
A link for our online registration form will go LIVE at 6 A.M. central time on Tuesday, August 12th.
How do I register on that day?
–Click the link at m4camps.com that will go LIVE on that day at 6 A.M central. Refresh your web browser until link shows up.
–Fill out the online form for 2026 Camp registration.
–Because of demand for camp spots, you will need to rank your choice of dates for ALL 8 camps.
–Make sure you fill out ALL of the form.
–Submit your form.
–Please give an ACCURATE count of how many spots you are wanting to reserve. This number will include kids AND chaperones. We strongly discourage over-estimating your camp number. Dropping spots later keeps other groups from being able to register that really want to be a part of camp.
–There is a 10-spot minimum for churches to register.
–Deposits for 2026 camps are not due until January 9th, 2026. No deposits for 2025 camps can be carried over to 2026 camps. ALL Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable (to other spots or remaining balance).
–You will also choose 8 camp dates in order of your priority. Registrations will be taken in the order they are received on the website. If your first choice is not available, we will place you in the next available camp that you requested in order of priority. It is important to have your backup dates in place, due to demand. Please understand that demand for camp spots are high, and we will do our very best.
–Someone from M4 Camps will call, email, or text you that day to verify the camp that you have spots reserved in.
–Deposits for each spot are $100, which goes toward the final balance. No deposits will be able to be carried forward to our 2026 camps.
–How much is each spot? $259 per participant. Child or Adult Chaperone.
–Deposits are due January 9th, 2026. Once deposits are paid, they are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE to other spots.
PLEASE READ
–Ages for M4 Camps: Those that have COMPLETED 1st Grade through completed 6thgraders. Due to M4 Camps already allowing younger campers, there are NO exceptions to bringing those ENTERING 1st grade or below. Also, there are no accommodations for younger children. Please make arrangements for them while you are attending camp. This also includes older children. M4 Camp is designed for students that have completed 1st grade- completed 6th graders.
Chaperones that count toward the 1:5 ratio MUST be 21 years of age. Those under 21 years of age may attend, but do not count toward the required ratio.
PLEASE NOTE: No day visitors are allowed at M4 Camps.
