Total Cost: $165 per participant. Child or adult.
This includes 2 nights lodging, 5 meals, all worship sessions, Bible studies, camp t-shirt, and camp activities.
When are deposits due?
Deposits are due immediately as you register spots now.
JANUARY 27th– A $50 non-refundable deposit is due on or before January 27th, 2012 for each spot reserved. Any spots reserved after January 27th, 2012 will require an immediate non-refundable deposit of $50.
When there is a cancellation, deposits cannot be applied toward the remaining balance due.
April 23rd–Cancellation Deadline: Any cancellations made after April 23rd will be charged an additional $50 for each spot that is dropped. When there is a cancellation, deposits cannot be applied toward the remaining balance due.
June 1st—All remaining balances for camp are due on or before June 1, 2012.
FINAL BALANCE IS DUE ON OR BEFORE JUNE 1st, 2012.
All FINAL BALANCE money is non-refundable and non-transferable after June 1st, 2012. We regret that we cannot refund or transfer your payment after this time. If the final balance is not received on or before June 1st, 2012, a late fee of $75 per week will be assessed.
Disaster Cancellation
M4 Camps is committed to carrying through with all planned events. In the event of a catastrophic event such as, but not limited to a hurricane, act of terror, etc, there are times when events cannot be carried out. We will be unable to return your deposits. We hire our M4 Staff, rent equipment, purchase items, and have deposits ourselves on facilities based on reservations. This is only under extreme circumstances, and will not affect the majority of our events.
